Picture of The Day

montreal wedding photographer

This moment captures the bride right before she was leaving the house.  She paused, for a few moments, and held her barbie -they easily reflect each other.  Both long beautiful blond hair, both dressed in all white and both wearing their veils.  Is the beauty reflecting itself? Or maybe is she saying one last goodbye to her youth as she is about to become someones wife.  It’s up to you.

However, regardless of how you interpret this moment, it’s a very special moment for the bride, Nathalie.

admin - Dear Kathy, thank you very much. The most amazing thing happen in real life. If it was a photoshoot it would felt less real, I guess.

    Shawn Fields - Hi Michael,

I was in the room when this was being judged at wppi. I was very moved and impressed with the photo because of the doll. Ken Skute and Jerry Ghionis got in quite the argument over the impact of the photo in respect to the expression of the bride… I don’t recall how it scored however but I’m sure it did well… Thank you for posting and keep up the good stuff… Good luck next year at the show!!

    admin - Hi!
Thank you very much. It didn’t score high. However I love it. The expression is peaceful in my opinion. It shouldn’t be dramatic or anything like that. The bride stopped for a moment. to tell you the truth the less expression the better. It is about different thing.
