At last, the renovations at the Union Station in Toronto are complete, and this beautiful indoor location is once again available for couple’s photo-shoots.
Apart from the beautiful dome-like ceiling, and the gigantic minimalist clock, Union station has a nice metropolitan feel perfect for any urban couple. There are many exciting photo opportunities in this location. We can make you stand out from the crowds by using slow shutter speed, or we can frame your portrait, including all the background details, just like we did for our Asian couple on this photograph. Wider angle images will show the grandeur of the place in its entirety while close-ups allow for a chance to zoom in on interesting details like the word UNION for some of your shots!
You’ll need a permit, but this location is ideally situated. On one side of the station are the sky-scrapers of Toronto's financial district and on the other side, is the Scotiabank Arena. These areas do not require a permit and can be neatly incorporated into the shoot.
