Quebec is known for its Cabane a Sucres which translates to Sugar Shacks which are often located near sugar maple trees. Over the years they have become more commercialized and during the colder months they are filled with delicious treats and offer great meals. In autumn they are known for beautiful photos and this wedding is no exception.
Experimenting with off-camera flash is a must if you want to discover the possibilities of its creativity. Photographed in late autumn by the Phototerra team an off-camera flash permits you to illuminate your subjects from a reasonable distance allowing you to capture the larger surroundings. In this photo the bride and groom are in a Cabane a Sucre in the woods making for an interesting environmental portrait.
