Photographing the Mezinka,a Jewish tradition honouring the parents who've just married off their last child, is quite the experience.
It consists of a circle dance where the parents are seated on chairs in the middle of the dance floor. First the bride and groom stand by their side and present their parents with flower crowns.Afterwards the guests line up and congratulate the parents, then form a circle and start dancing around them until everyone has had a chance to send them good wishes.
With a slow shutter speed the Phototerra team photographs the joy and craziness of this tradition, adding movement and capturing a perfect moment between the parents and their family and guests.
